After earning her Bachelor’s Degree, Amy obtained various certifications in areas such as accelerated learning, management disciplines, communication styles, situational leadership, 360 feedback, creative training techniques, etc. yet always ran ideas through the filter of: “Is it real life?” Her mindset led to perfecting the ability to “bottom line” her training content into bite-sized, practical chunks that are immediately applicable on the job and firmly anchored in real life.
